The following is a list of all requirements that need to be filled prior to admission at Crevier’s School Cosmetology.

• Proof that the student is beyond the age of compulsory education.

• Certificate of graduation from a high school or secondary education (GED) or equivalent.

• Copy of birth certificate or picture ID (Drivers License).

• Application for Admission completed with $100 application fee in cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card (3% fee will apply).

• Transfer students must submit a copy of their hours from their previous school and proof of being in satisfactory progress and in good standing with that school.

• All necessary paperwork must be complete before students will receive notification of acceptance.

• Student kit must be paid for on or before the first day of class.

• Students are expected to have 100% attendance for freshman training. 110 hours-Manicuring, 300 hours- Cosmetology, 150 hours- Esthetics, 150 hours- Non-Chemical Barbering, 225 hours- Chemical Barbering.
