The following is a list of all requirements that need to be filled prior to admission at Crevier's School of the Cosmetology Arts.

Proof that the student is beyond the age of compulsory education.

Certificate of graduation from a high school or secondary education (GED) or equivalent.

Copy of birth certificate and picture ID (DL).

Application for Admission filled out and check or money order for $125.00 registration fee, $50.00 application fee, $25.00 enrollment fee and $325.00 for text books (non-refundable)

Sign and date Enrollment Contract 

Transfer students must submit a copy of there hours from there previous school and proof of being in satisfactory progress and in good standing with that school.

All necessary paperwork must be complete before students will receive notification of acceptance.

School supply kit must be paid for by the first day of class.

All students must remove artificial nails before the fist day of School.

Students are encouraged to be present for freshman training at all times. 80 hours-manicuring, 300 hours cosmetology and 160 hours esthetics.
